I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchen for cooking. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the city center, but also surrounded by beautiful nature. The whole property was well maintained and the grounds were stunning. The staff provided excellent service and made me feel right at home.

The rooms were clean and spacious, offering comfort for all of us. The outdoor space was a hit with the children, who loved running around and playing in the fresh air. the breathtaking views from the property added an extra touch of beauty to our stay. We truly enjoyed our time spent here as a family.

My wife says that the only thing she wished for was a more comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The rustic-style apartment at Antica Fonte was absolutely charming! With exposed stone walls and wrought-iron beds, it gave off a cozy and rustic vibe that I absolutely loved.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the satellite TV in the room. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The location was perfect, surrounded by a serene forest but still only a short drive away from the vibrant city of Assisi. Our host Paolo was super chill and gave us great advice on cool places to check out. The rooms were comfy and had everything we needed for a fun-filled stay. The best part was the free WiFi which saved us from going crazy with no connection in the middle of the forest! Highly recommend for a dope and peaceful vacation with friends.

The only thing we wished for was a super happening party spot nearby where we could dance the night away with our friends. But hey, we made our own fun and had a blast anyways!

But what truly sets Antica Fonte apart are the magical grounds, the kind hosts, and the peaceful ambiance that makes you want to return again and again.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

Although the overall experience was not great, there were a couple of positive aspects worth mentioning. the breakfast served in the garden was quite nice, with fresh pastries and good coffee. the hotel had a beautiful garden filled with pretty flowers, adding a touch of elegance to the surroundings. the attention to detail in the hotel's decor was commendable, creating a stylish and luxurious atmosphere.

Despite being located in a supposedly key location, the hotel was quite far from any attractions or amenities, making it inconvenient for guests. the hotel lacked proper maintenance, with dusty rooms and outdated furniture.

The children's playground was great, I had a blast sliding down a slide and swinging like a kid. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for pretending I know how to cook. The property had free wifi, so I could post pictures of my "culinary creations" on social media.

The only downside was that I couldn't find a personal chef to cook those pretend culinary creations for me. How inconvenient.

We felt like part of the family during our stay and were sad to leave. we can't recommend Antica Fonte enough - it truly exceeded our expectations!

The only minor drawback was that the hotel was a bit difficult to find initially, but the host kindly came to collect us when we called. It would have been helpful to have gotten directions before arrival.
